Open-access Substantiation of Artificial Intelligence in Military Intelligence

Artificial intelligence (AI) applied to future technological developments will dramatically impact global dominance and the strategic struggle between great powers, the way we address hybrid crises and conflicts, and the multi-domain use of military capabilities and their integration with civilian ones. The advanced use of AI applied to intelligence will allow for a better and faster understanding of the strategic and operational environment, enabling us to anticipate, relative to our competitors, the most suitable executive solutions that ensure the survival of the social, economic, and political model of our liberal democratic societies. Since World War II, the US has led all matters related to military innovation, and AI could not remain outside the fold, although the global security environment is driving strategic competition between the US and China. We can assume that Russia would become more of an ally of the new aspiring "hegemon" in the global geopolitical balance, although it maintains the strategic weight afforded by nuclear power rather than conventional military and technological development, as is being demonstrated by its aggression against Ukraine. China, economically, is already at a level of equilibrium, allowing it to move on to the final phase of its strategy, outlined by Pillsbury's "100-Year Marathon": military supremacy. This will be based on finding its Assassin's Mace, the ultimate weapon of its ancestral imagination, which will grant it success against its most powerful enemies (Pillsbury, 2016). These weapons, strategies (Aranda, 2023), or disruptive technologies with which China seeks to overtake the US, the current hegemon, and its allies are intended to prevent the US and its allies from encircling it, as in the wo (Go game), and strangling China's economy and strategic position with their air, naval, and space superiority.
