Abstract:

Sometimes a sentence of imprisonment cannot be executed in its just terms, either because the convicted person presents a supervening insanity or because it is appropriate to replace the aforementioned prison sentence with a security measure in the absence of discernment, all presenting certain particularities in the military field.
